November 06 Lost in spaceHi to all my long lost friends I am so sorry for being gone so long, I had computer troubles, and am using someone else's computer to write this, I guess with the summer, getting the computer fixed was not on the top of the list. I should be getting it back this week, and hope to drop into everyones space to see how you all are. I was away in body and computer but my thoughts and prayers were with all of you, I hope that all is well in your worlds. Blessing to all, and I hope to talk to each of you soon..

It's been busy at the dog house, the weather is getting better. Been outside a lot but I have been popping in and out of all your sites. Hope to visit everyones site soon. Blessing to everyone. MySpace Graphics & MySpace Layouts May 24 SundayWhere have I been?? Haven't a clue.
Busy I guess, and feeling blue, summer is slow to show up this year,, and spring appears to be a no show. Things here at the dog house are going good, all healthy and flea free. Been getting things ready and cleaned up around, always spring chore even if spring seems to have skipped town. Also busy at the store, things are picking up for the summer. One of our pup's, Winter went off to a new home, things seem to be working out great for him, happy and ajusting fine. Still lots of puppy's here, blank and blank and counting... ( don't tell, we are afraid of those guy's in the white van with the jackets) seems like a lot but they are soooooooooooooo cute. They keep us young,,, or at least moving anyway.
We are on the hunt for a new camper, looking to get a toy hauler to carry our bikes. We have a older class c motor home, now but hard to get all the dogs and the bikes inside. So we are looking to upgrade,,, we are checking out 5th wheel's and also tow behind.
Things in our neck of the wood's are cold and quiet, not many tourists around yet, what with the gas prices and all,,, not sure if we will see that many out here on the east coast this year.
Blank Blank Blank,,,, not sure what is wrong sometimes not much to say, although my husband says I am never at a loss for something to say,,,, well I guess that is about all that is new here in the dog house,,, Hope all is well out in spaces land, I have been dropping in to check on everyones site's, not leaving many messages,, As I said Blank Blank and more Blank,,,,my mind seems to be off on summer vacation,,, I wish it had waited for me. I survived my first Mother's Day without my mother. I miss her so, she was always so happy, and cherrful, and always made us laugh, she was a great woman. It is funny the things that you notice after someone passes, all the firsts, first mothers day alone, first Christmas, Birthday, Snowfall, all the things that you take for granted when you are with the ones you love. After their passing everything is different yet strangely the same, . The last thing my mother said to me was, don't cry, I want to go home. She is home now, and in a great place, prepared special for her, by our Lord.
John 14:2 In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you , I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
My hubby worked on Mothers Day, so I spent the day with my daughter, Rebecca and her husband. We went out for supper, and hung out. I received beautiful yellow roses from them, and also rainbow roses from Mark. I had a fun day, all in all life is good. The Lord gives me strength, in each new day, with family and friends, each day gets better, the hurt never goes away, but with prayer I find the strength and perseverance to press on.

May 08 Friday news Does anyone know a good use for doggy du du??? I seem to have an abundance on hand. Let me know if anyone has a novel use, I once thought about drying it and using it for something but alas what??
Rained here all day, I think this is what we are going to get for the next few days. My daughter is coming up from Charlottetown, tomorrow, so I guess it will be shop shop shop till you drop weekend..... or so my husband thinks anyway. The rain never stopped a good shopping trip, so let it rain.
Mark is off to Charlottetown to the vet college for follow up's for a couple of pups, small things thank God.
Things here on our beautiful island are wonderful, and getting green, grass is growing and the leaves are coming out, not to many May flowers yet. Soon !!

It's Thursday, another week almost over, has been a busy week around the dog house. so many chores and little mouths to feed, what a blessing to have all those little creatures under foot. God has sure blessed me with all the love I could handle, ( and sometimes more) Friday, we take two of the children to the veterinary hospital in Charlottetown for follow ups, Maple to have a ear looked at and Ginger to have a lump measured, hopefully all goes well, we are lucky to have the teaching hospital close. Such a caring place.

Not sure what happened to Monday and Tuesday, But look it's Wednesday already, I am a little under the weather, must have been all the excitement on my motorbike ride on Sunday,,, still recovering, it was colder outside than it looked. We did have a great ride, only went as far as the local Tim's, but we got out at least. Not much happening I am staying in bed and resting,,,,, I wish,, always so many chores and so little time.
Here is a joke that a friend sent me...
A man had just settled into his seat next to the window on the plane when another man sits down in the aisle seat and puts his black Labrador in the middle seat next to the man. The first man looks very quizzically at the dog and asks why the dog is allowed on the plane. The second man explains that he is a Drug Enforcement Agency officer and the dog is a 'Sniffer dog'. 'His name is Smithy and he's the best there is. I'll show you once we get airborne, when I put him to work.' The plane takes off, and once it has levelled out, the agent says: Watch this.' He tells Smithy to 'search'. Smithy jumps down, walks along the aisle, and finally sits very purposefully next to a woman for several seconds. Smithy then returns to his seat and puts one paw on the agent's arm. The agent says, 'Good boy', and he turns to the man and says: 'That woman is in possession of marijuana, so I'm making a note of her seat number and the authorities will apprehend her when we land.' 'Say, that's pretty neat,' replies the first man. Once again, the agent sends Smithy to search the aisles. The Lab sniffs about, sits down beside a man for a few seconds, returns to his seat and this time, he places TWO paws on the agent's arm. The agent says, 'That man is carrying cocaine, so again, I'm making note of his seat number for the police.' 'I like it!' says his seat mate. The agent then tells Smithy to 'search' again. Smithy walks up and down the aisles for a little while, sits down for a moment and then comes racing back to the agent, jumps into the middle seat and proceeds to poop all over the place. The first man is really amazed out by this behaviour and can't figure out how or why a well-trained dog would behave like this, so he asks the agent 'What's going on?'
The agent nervously replies, 'He just found a bomb

I can’t believe it is Saturday and it is freezing cold outside. Oh well its still early maybe it will get better later today. Lots of yard work to do today, but if it gets nice enough we are planning on a visit to my son, and might go for a bike ride with the grandchildren.
